FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

From time to time we get asked a variety of questions during any time of the season. We love to hear from our customers, visitors, and other local folks (and not so local too!) just coming around to the store.

Q: How many Christmas Trees do you have?
A: During the winter season, we have well over 25 decorated Christmas Trees and in our other store, there are 60 decorated trees!

Q: Do you have a Layaway plan for gift items?
A: Yes. 50% of the price of the item will hold the merchandise for 30 days.

Q: If we don't see an item in the store or it is not available any longer, can we still get it?
A: Absolutely! We can special order any item not carried in our store (there is a 50% non-refundable deposit if ordering).

Q: Do you have toys?
A: We carry a limited amount of puppets, but mainly carry decorative home decor, garden and holiday items.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We love that everyone shops and are very grateful. But also be courteous that returns must be UNUSED and in ORIGINAL package and in SALABLE CONDITION. Refunds will be given for store credit or exchange only up to 14 days after purchase with original sale receipt. No returns or credit on special orders, Christmas items or sale items.

Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open SEVEN days a week. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am – 5:30pm; Sunday hours are 11am – to 5pm.
